I am Letizia!
I am a Well-Being Coach, former HR director, People manager and DEI expert.
As I come from the corporate environment, I understand the importance of nurturing employees - and generally people - well-being as it increases their level of engagement, performance and self-satisfaction.
I like to boost the psychological safety of my clients to allow them self-exploration in order to reach a physical, mental and emotional well-being. I run workshops on well-being and collaborative communication for teams.
I am also a certified Hatha and Nidra Yoga practitioner.
How healthy is your team?
A real fact is that often teams are stuck and the same dynamics keep repeating. It can be challenging to break those patterns. Many of my clients complain the fact that poor communication styles create walls between their full engagement and the company's goal.
Creating a collaborative work environment and an inclusive culture can be the keys to better levels of employees engagement, well-being and overall performance. Data are important however as important as surveys can be, actions are the real game changer!
I provide companies with coaching workshops around the topic of collaborative communication, employee well-being and EDI.
Coaching workshops create a deeper level of individual and collective awareness compared to simple trainings.

How? By promoting, maximising and maintaining your mental, emotional and physical well-being.
High Well-Being is, as the dictionary states, the “status of being comfortable, healthy and happy.”
To get to that status of comfort we need to go into the uncomfortable zone, the stretch zone where growth is possible and opportunities bloom. In the stretch zone, the messy part as I call it, there is exploration, trials and errors, vulnerabilities and discoveries, but ultimately real health, and excellence.
